竹面馆创立于2011年,是由四名好朋友兼厨师一手创立, 并且将港澳的道地美食和自身钻研的秘方结合呈与大家品尝。

本店名为竹面馆,坚持信念运用“足料”烹饪每一道佳肴,把最好的、最足料的呈与大家分享。

 

招牌鲜虾云吞汤面 ‧ 8:2馅料

无论云吞,汤底及面条的用料及制法非常讲究,必定选用上乘的鲜虾和半肥瘦猪肉,以8:2馅料比例人手包制,配上以大地鱼,老鸡,虾籽及大量鲜猪骨熬足6小时的上汤,味道鲜甜,口感丰富。

 

Zok Noodle House was established in 2011 by a group of four buddies who are both ambitious & keen to create an epicurean authentic HK & Macau gourmet experience with the combination of their house’s recipe.

 

Here at Zok Noodle House, we endeavour to prepare the foods with the best available ingredients which also the meaning of “Zok” in Chinese. 

Signature Fresh Prawn Wonton Noodles  •  8:2 ratio

Signature Fresh Prawn Wonton Noodles are prepared meticulously & only superior selection of shrimp & lean/fat pork with a 8:2 ratio of filling paste & broth with essence extracted from flounder fish, fresh pork bone, chicken & shrimp which was double boiled for 6 hours!
